CKRD Sheet Metal 9" Differential Housing

Designed, fabricated, and machined all in-house at CKRD. The diff housing is 100% TIG welded in our own alignment jig. CNC faced post welding to give a 100% true surface and alignment.

Specifications:

• Sheet metal sections are made from 3mm 350 grade mild steel
• Has two tube options, 3.0" or 3.5" O.D with 0.250" wall seamless tube
  
• CKRD signature face plate profile
• The face plate is made from 10mm 350 grade mild steel.
• The face plate is 510mm wide on the 3.0" and 480mm wide on the 3.5" which allows for narrow 4 links.
• Pinion centre line is the centre of the pumpkin so your diff will look symmetrical from the rear when set to a zero pinion offset. 
• The housing comes 1400mm long, end-to-end standard (can make longer if required)

Housing includes:

• 1x CKRD Billet filler cap
• 1x ARP diff centre stud kit (pressed in)
• 1x Speedflow -8 orb hex plug with weld boss
• 1x Brass breather with weld boss
